 Always choose to be happy.


Lately, I have been incorporating a lot of meditation and Yoga into my gym routine. It keeps my mind more rested and helps me consciously into the present.

I have been practicing Buddhism for the past few years. Although not always successful, it does create a new and better perspective on your life.

The most important part is to keep you in the present. The now. The "What is happening today."

A lot of people who suffer from Depression and Anxiety have immense trouble focusing on the present life. Depression makes you think of the past full of mistakes and regrets, while anxiety makes you think of the future full of doubts.

Let the life flow one day at a time.

Cherish today as if there is no tomorrow.

Wake up grateful and sleep thankful.

For life is too short not to enjoy it.
